One of my favorites is the last one, but it is "safe" and neutral. Should we go bold?

Just my humble opinion but I like the top two...especially the terracotta. As for paint colors you have lots to chose from. The terracotta could lead you to a tuscan kitchen.
Looking forward to see what choices you make.
Go for the terra cotta and a lovely Mexican/Southwest theme. I see mustard yellow walls . . . :o)
